This suite has been designed with private and discrete consulting in mind. All partitioning between rooms is sound proofed and insulated to the highest rating. Separate air-conditioning and ventilation systems are installed for each suite, and all have windows with garden views or views to the Melbourne CBD.

The price includes furnishings of an excellent standard, all building outgoings (council rates and service charges, land taxes, etc.), wireless ADSL 2+ broadband internet, cleaning, security and all utilities. For a small additional charge, secretarial services are also available.

Common facilities provided in the building include separate male and female toilets and client waiting areas with couches, seats and magazines.

Free unmetered one and two hour parking is available directly outside our building, and public transport is very accessible; we are just 100 meters from Jolimont Station, and trams 75 and 48 and bus 246 from Clifton Hill to Elsternwick along Punt Road are near our front door.
